OUR PRIVACY COMMITMENT:

At First Fractional Funding and National Bank Of Kansas City, we value our customers’ trust and respect their privacy and confidentiality in all of their dealings with our bank. We are committed to safeguarding customer information. Our policy is designed to protect the confidentiality of information we have about you. Since your privacy is a priority to us, First Fractional Funding and National Bank Of Kansas City will not share non-public information about you with third parties outside of our organization without your consent, except as explained in our Privacy Policy.

WE COLLECT INFORMATION TO SERVE YOU AND ADMINISTER OUR BUSINESS:

First Fractional Funding and National Bank Of Kansas City collects, retains, and uses information about individual customers only when we believe it would be useful (and allowed by law) in administering our business and to provide products, services, and other opportunities to customers. For example, if you have a mortgage loan with First Fractional Funding or National Bank Of Kansas City, we would know that you are a homeowner and may be interested in hearing how a home equity loan from National Bank Of Kansas City could finance a home improvement.

SHARING INFORMATION OUTSIDE OUR ORGANIZATION:
